This tool allows the customer to add a note with a specific date and time, aiming to be contacted through the registered e-mail address. Therefore, there is no need to be always in front of a computer to be reminded of appointments from the agenda.
It is still possible to programme the settings for being notified of an event more than once over a period of time: i.e. the same day. And alerts can be repeated for days, weeks, months or years, depending on the urgency of the task which must be performed.
